You can return any unused item within 14 days of purchase, provided it’s in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. To make a return, please contact us at returns@rabbitholebackpacks.com. Once we receive your return, processing takes up to 5 business days. Please note that it may take an additional few days for the refund to appear in your account.

Our backpacks are crafted from recycled polyester. The outer fabrics are treated with a PFC-free durable water repellent (DWR) coating that makes our backpacks not only perfect for rainy weather, but also eco-friendly. All backpacks feature high-quality metal buckles and YKK® zippers for enhanced durability and longevity.
