Also RHB does not guarantee that all items on our website are in stock at the time of your order. If an item is unavailable or you have been charged the wrong amount in the webshop, RHB will contact you shortly by e-mail and give you the option of placing a new order with another item or canceling your order. In such cases, we will notify you by email. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be automatically canceled.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
